Este indicador de mareas permite seguir fácilmente la evolución de la marea: marea creciente, pleamar, marea descendente y bajamar. Su esfera clara incluye referencias horarias y flechas que indican el sentido del ciclo. En el centro aparece el faro de Créac’h, situado en la costa oeste de la isla de Ouessant, en Finistère, Bretaña. Fácilmente reconocible por sus franjas negras y blancas, se alza frente al mar de Iroise y está considerado uno de los faros más potentes de Europa. Emblema del patrimonio marítimo bretón, señala la entrada del canal de la Mancha. Setting the tide clock
To set the clock, check the time of the next high tide in your geographical area. At the exact time of high tide, position the tide hand on “High Tide.”
The clock will then automatically follow the average tidal cycle, indicating the progression towards low tide and then towards the next high tide.
It is recommended to check the setting periodically using official tide times.
An instruction guide explaining how to set and use the tide clock is included with the product.
