What you need to know about shipments, delivery times and costs of IMEX MARINE:
Purchase Process: Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the purchase data and the order number. If it doesn't show up in your inbox, check your spam.
Shipping tracking: You can ask us for a tracking number to see where the order is.
Shipping cost: Depending on the shipping address and the volume of the order, the corresponding shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. We recommend that you group all the items in a single order since we cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.
Delivery times: As a general rule, orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through a trusted carrier. If you prefer any other shipping method, please contact us before confirming the order.
Delivery times range from 48 hours to 10 business days, depending on the volume of the order and the conditions of sale. As far as possible, we try to ensure that the order arrives on the desired date, as well as to send the entire order. Even so, the high demand for a specific product can cause unpredictable stock depletion. In this case, we cannot guarantee that the delivery times are the usual ones.
As established by Spanish legislation, the return and claims policy for products purchased online must offer the same guarantees and rights to the buyer as those purchased offline. The return policies for items purchased at www.imexmarine.es are indicated below.
We recommend that before accepting any package, you make sure that the packaging is in good condition. If this is not the case, if you see that an item is missing or there is a defect, you must notify it within 15 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +34 621 21 73 64.
Causes admitted for the return of products:
• That the item delivered does not correspond to the order placed.
• That the item delivered is defective or in poor working condition. In this case, IMEX MARINE asks the client to send photos of the defective item by email to email@example.com.
• That you don't like the article. In this case, the transportation costs derived from returns or changes will be covered by the customer.
For the return of an order to be accepted, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Procedure established for the return of products:
If you wish to return a product, contact IMEX MARINE by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +34 621 21 73 64, indicating the delivery note or invoice number and the reasons for the return. After providing this information, we will proceed to collect the item. Once the merchandise is verified, it will be reimbursed.
Maximum period established for the return: The Retail Trade Regulation Law establishes a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, after this period no return will be accepted.
